I thoroughly recommend Red Truck Removals and Storage.
I chose their company because they provide a shipping container storage solution, which is a great alternative to hiring a storage shed.
I was preparing to sell my home and needed to store my excess furniture and belongings prior to the sale in order to declutter.
A Red Truck team came to my home and loaded everything into the red container and took it to their storage depot. It was locked and safe.
This system saved me so much time, energy and double-handling.
Then when my home had sold, the team brought the container back and loaded the remainder of my things into the container.
They then drove it 4.5 hours to my new location, unloaded everything, and even set up furniture like beds.
Nothing was too much trouble. The team were courteous, friendly and very helpful, throughout the whole process.
I was given a quote for the total costs up front, which included the storage, so I knew exactly how much I had to pay.
The overall cost of hiring the container was very reasonable, and I would definitely use this service again.

Red Truck took the pain out of moving; they were a breath of fresh air in the removalist world. Pricing was very competitive to start with, add in free storage for 14 days, no other company could really compare, plus it was a fixed price, no unexpected costs at the end. Everything went smoothly and professionally, from quoting to packing to moving, they were always on time, no hanging around waiting for the truck to turn up. Natalie and Rosie back at the office, do a great job of keeping you up to date with arrival times, or dealing with any other question you can think to ask. Both addresses had difficult access, but that didn’t deter the team that were moving me. Everything was done with a smile and easy-going manner, they were hard working, dismantling beds, other furniture, then putting them all back together in their new location. AJ was the master of packing everything into the containers. Aaron and his team made sure everything was perfect at all times. Hopefully I don’t have to move again for a while, if I did, I wouldn’t think twice about using Red Truck again.
It was such a pleasure having Red Truck Removals manage my move. It took all the stress out of it! They were super efficient and had excellent communication. The guys arrived on time and wrapped everything with care including my old crystal glasses. I had no damages and the guys were super helpful with unpacking.
